Charlie is a special dog because he may not be around if I hadn't adopted him! He has an extreme fear of strangers, hence why he was considered unadoptable. I took on the challenge of bringing this guy into my home and it's the best decision I've ever made! He is sweet and lovable and has made a lot of improvement when it comes to meeting new people. We are inseparable and I love him with all my heart!
