Frodo is a shy and quiet six year old dog with great dignity. He had a rough beginning, given away from his litter brother and human family at age two due to his anxieties. It took a month of hourly visits to convince him that we truly did want him to come and live with us. After the adoption, he spent some time under the dining room table in his "cave" or outside in the backyard. Now, after four years, he comes when called, lightly on his feet like a shadow, and he retires to the master bedroom at night to sleep on his own quilted blanket as part of the "pack". Frodo has taught us about patience, consistency, and love. Always ready with a ball whenever anyone comes home, Frodo is now a valued family member!
